Accessibility statement

The standard this site is built to, what has actually been tested, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our commitment

Millard Advisory Partners Ltd wants everyone to be able to use this website. The standard we work to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What this site does

  • Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone. A "skip to content" link is the first tab stop on every page, and every interactive element shows a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements on both the dark and light page surfaces.
  • Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, and all images carry alternative text.
  • The site's entrance animations are disabled when your device asks for reduced motion; content appears in place instead.
  • Both forms label every field, report errors inline in text, and move focus to the result message after submission.
  • Text can be resized and pages reflow down to small screens without loss of content.

How this has been tested

This statement is written from testing carried out on 17 July 2026, on the production build of the site:

  • Automated accessibility audits (Lighthouse) across a representative set of pages — the homepage, division pages, service pages, articles, the contact and careers forms and these legal pages — all scoring 100 with no failing audits.
  • A keyboard-only pass across key pages, verifying tab order, the skip link and visible focus on every stop.
  • A reduced-motion pass with the operating-system preference enabled, verifying that animations are suppressed. This testing found and fixed a fault where reduced-motion users saw hero text slightly out of position.

Known limitations

We list what we know rather than claiming perfection:

  • The site has not yet been tested with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver, or by users of assistive technology. Automated and scripted checks cannot fully stand in for that testing.
  • This statement covers this website only, not documents or services provided outside it.
