The associate model
MAP is not a body shop. Every engagement is led by a senior associate, and the team around them is shaped to the programme — capable mid-level consultants through to director-level advisors, each matched to the work that needs their specific experience.
Associates work as part of MAP with the firm's method behind them: clear scope, senior oversight, disciplined reporting and honest advice. Some engagements are full-time and embedded; others are advisory.
If you have delivered commercial, planning, project controls, engineering, power or development work inside major programmes — whether you lead that work now or are building towards it — we would like to hear from you, whether or not a role is advertised.
