The capability
A design is not finished when it is issued. The construction phase asks questions of every design, and the speed and quality of the answers shape the programme.
Our engineers support live construction on infrastructure and energy projects: responding to technical queries with engineering rather than deflection, assessing non-conformances and proposing dispositions the design can genuinely accept, reviewing temporary conditions and part-built states, and keeping the design record current as the works progress. CDM 2015 designer duties continue through this phase, and we treat them that way.
Site support fails when it is an afterthought staffed by whoever happens to be free. We resource it deliberately, with engineers who know the design and hold the authority to decide — because an unanswered query does not wait politely; it becomes an assumption poured into concrete. Close-out then hands the operator a record that matches the asset.

Review of part-built structures, backpropping states and construction loadings against the design intent at each stage of the works.
As-built and handover records
Maintenance of the design record through change, and delivery of as-built drawings and health and safety file information at completion.
