Our engineers provide independent technical assurance on infrastructure and energy projects: Category 3 checks on temporary works, independent checking of permanent designs, design audits against brief and standard, and reviews at gateway points where an owner or funder needs an engineering opinion that owes nothing to the delivery team. Where the check category requires it, verification is carried out from first principles.
The value of a check lies in what it changes. Findings are reported with engineering reasoning, ranked by consequence and closed out with the design team — a process aimed at a sounder, safer design rather than a longer comment sheet. Where a design is right, we say so briefly and let it proceed.
